R.T.'s journey spans entrepreneurial leadership, retail management where he empowered frontline teams to operate at their highest potential, and years of pastoral ministry and chaplaincy — each season equipping him with something the next one required.
His Conviction

Away from the work, R.T. invests his deepest energy into his wife Sarah — his partner of twenty-plus years — and their six children. He believes, without reservation, that the health of a team traces directly back to the health of the people leading it at home.
